With the west side of the mountains calling, at the end of 2008 Charles closed his offices and joined the Law Office of Thomas E. Weaver in Bremerton in 2009, working for Tom, he defended felonies, the occasional gross misdemeanor, and traffic infractions in Kitsap Superior and District courts.

Now, Charles has opened his own offices again to devote his energies to defending the citizens of Washington state.

In addition to being admitted to practice in Washington courts, I’ve also been admitted in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington for United States Federal Court.
